This is the third year we stayed at Amsterdam Court. The desk staff is always courteous and helpful. Two days when our room was made up,we were left no towels or washcloths. Also this year we had a lot of trouble with the water temperature. Five out of the six mornings we either had no hot water or it went between hot and cold as you were taking your shower. The cost has also gone up. I understand in this economy that would probably be necessary but the room service etc.has declined. We will probably not be staying with you again-although I have had good experiences in the past at your hotel.
